1. Procrastination (n.) 拖延症
He sat down to write his report but ended up procrastinating for two hours scrolling through social media.
他坐下來要寫報告，但最後卻拖延了兩個小時，一直滑社群媒體。
2. Put things off 延後、拖延
She always puts things off until the last minute, then panics when the deadline arrives.
她總是把事情拖到最後一刻才開始做，一到截止日期就開始手忙腳亂。
3. Slack off 懈怠、偷懶
Ever since the manager left early, the whole team started to slack off and didn’t get anything done.
自從主管提早離開後，整個團隊就開始鬆懈，什麼事都沒完成。
4. In no rush 不急、慢慢來
The client said they're in no rush for the report, so we have a bit more breathing room.
客戶說報告不急，所以我們多了點時間緩衝。
5. Defer (v.) 延遲
The surgeon recommended deferring the operation until the patient's condition had stabilized.
外科醫師建議將手術延後，直到病患的狀況穩定下來。
