不知道大家平常有沒有吃堅果的習慣呢？
堅果除了能夠幫助降低膽固醇，對於降低罹患心臟病也很有幫助喔！
但在英文中，nuts 其實不全然就是好的意思欸！
當你聽到有人對你說 Are you nuts?
可不是在問你是不是堅果，而是在說「你是不是瘋了！」

1. Go nuts 發瘋；失去理智
😎：I feel like I’m going nuts.
😵：Is nuts really that good? (堅果那麼好吃喔？)
go 的意思在這裡不是走或是去某處，而是要...或是要成為...的意思
也就是說 nuts 除了堅果之外，也有瘋子的意思，
而兩者加起來就代表要瘋了，
或是成為瘋子。
2. Nuts about someone 瘋狂愛著某人
😎：Allen is nuts about Chloe, saying he found the love of his life.
😵：He’s gonna buy nuts for her? ( Allen 要買他最愛的堅果給她？)
nuts 在這裡一樣是代表發瘋、瘋狂的意思
about something/someone 則是對著某事或人，表示瘋狂愛著某人或某物。
3. Tough nut to crack 棘手的事情
😎：I hope they can sort this out, though it’s a tough nut to crack.
😵：Aren’t they suppose to have a meeting why are they eating nuts? (他們不是要開會嗎？為何要去吃堅果)
tough 有著艱難、困難的意思，
這裡指的 tough nut 代表困難的事情，
再加上 crack 爆裂、拆開的意思則有難以解決的事情的意思。
