所以這方法最後也是不可行。
到了晚上11點半我又再嘗試登入，一樣是卡在「確認碼」一直收不到簡訊。
我看到有人先前將ig整個app刪除24小時後再登入，我就先整個刪掉完全沒有嘗試去登入。
4/26早上，
我再寄了一封上面連結的停用問題，這次我打得很仔細，說明跟上一次差不多，但使用苦情牌告訴ig裡面有我以前過世奶奶的照片，還有很多回憶，希望他可以協助幫我解決，我可以提供身分證證明文件。
最後我也試了用無痕（手機、網頁）登入，用男友的手機登入，改換一隻手機號碼收「確認碼」，也都沒有辦法！但這個方法有人有成功過，大家可以試看看
（這邊我是有收到「驗證碼」，但下一步就又要我收「確認碼」就一直收不到）
再來，我看到原po的第12點「在ig網站的「存取和下載你的 Instagram 資料」頁面選「資料存取權限」>「 I have an Instagram account but I can't access my data」，填寫資訊後送出：會收到官方回信（「存取和下載你的 Instagram 資料」開頭的信件，如下圖）」我也跟著照做，連結如下：
內容為：

Hope you can help me lodge an appeal and reply
to my email.
I haven't got any responds or been helped since 你帳號被鎖的日期 when I filed an appeal.
Maybe it was that I sent too many email forms to report, so it was considered as spam.
I fled an appeal for 被鎖第幾天 recovery.
I have used any methods I could find everyday, but
I think they canceled the appeal to stop my account.
Maybe, the account may not come back.But I still hope the account can be restored. I've also expressed through this form that I am an account holder and request to download data.
