好的空間，從「還沒動工」就開始被照顧
很多人以為裝修是從拆除那天開始的。
其實我們的第一步，是把公共空間的地坪、牆面、電梯口，一片一片包好。
因為住的不只是屋主，還有整棟樓的鄰居。
接著才是那些看不見的功夫——
木作角料放樣、天花板配線、給排水管接續。
這些完工後全部藏在牆裡的細節，卻決定了往後十年好不好住。
最後，才是你看到的樣子：
大面木紋牆讓客廳有了完整的背景，暖灰沙發、格紋抱枕、蕈菇燈，光線落下來的時候，剛剛好。
從保護工程到最後一顆螺絲，我們想交出的，是一個可以放心生活的家。

A good space is cared for before a single wall comes down
Most people assume a renovation begins on demolition day.
For us, the first step is wrapping the shared areas — floors, walls, the lift lobby — panel by panel.
Because it isn't only the homeowner who lives here. It's everyone in the building.
Only then comes the work nobody ever sees:
setting out the timber framing, running the ceiling wiring, connecting the supply and drainage lines.
Details that end up sealed inside the walls — and that quietly decide how well the home lives for the next ten years.
And last of all, the part you actually see:
a full wall of wood grain giving the living room a proper backdrop; the warm grey sofa, the checked cushions, the mushroom lamp. When the light comes down, it lands just right.
From the first protective panel to the last screw, what we want to hand over is a home you can settle into without a second thought.
