前情提要
新年快樂！
又到了一年一度要寫績效自評表的時間～去年跟大家分享過我第一次寫的經驗，今年，有做了諸多調整，同樣是收到了主管滿滿的讚賞（真的，不是自己說 XD），想跟大家分享一下我寫的架構，以及跟去年相比做的不同調整。
再次說明，因為我在愛爾蘭工作，Review 是用英文寫的，會一併分享我選用詞彙的邏輯唷～

1. Overall Rating 總體評分
給自己打一個分數，從 Distinctive 到 Behind，有 5 個落點，每一個落點也有簡單的評分依據給你參考。
這兩年，因為通貨膨脹，公司意思意思的加了薪 XD，但我過去兩年的表現，與早我一年加入、已經被提拔為 senior 的員工相比，KPI 一直穩定超過她的表現，也一直都達到了 senior level 員工的 KPI 等級，我認為我是值得加薪的（已經口頭提過、在這次的自評表也書面提出）。
考量到公司可能會跟去年一樣，用「預算」為由，表示無法確保可以給我 promotion，我給自己打的分數是滿分 5 分，果然，在跟主管聊完後，她確實用這個理由降了我一分 XD
2. Job Performance 工作表現
公司給的評估標準是：
請寫出確切的目標、評量指標、專案內容或者任何你今年著重的領域，並說明在這些領域中你的表現如何。請提供一些案例及數據來支持你的總評分。你的註解應該要能展現出你重要的工作成果、領導能力以及符合本公司合法規範框架的案例。
我先以簡短一個段落做開場，表示我今年跟過去的成長有哪些、更專精於那些領域：
This year marked significant growth for me. I not only honed my expertise in managing healthcare projects but also expanded my interests into diverse areas such as ESG, FMCG and AI. Moreover, I proactively took additional measures to boost my efficiency and effectiveness across all aspects, building upon my experiences from the previous year:
（我是醫藥背景的，但今年另外投入更多 ESG、消費品、AI 的領域）
接著，我整理了 6 個大點，並在每一個大點中寫出幾個小點補充實際成果。
每個大點的順序，是依照我認為主管閱讀時重視的等級來排：
1. Exemplary Performance in KPIs:
Over the course of the year, my Average KPI demonstrated remarkable growth, surging from ___ to ___. This consistent improvement allowed me to consistently exceed the benchmark set for a junior ___. Notably, my achievements in both KPI and TPV experienced substantial increases of ___% and ___%, respectively, compared to the previous year (without controlling for variables).
（這裡強調我作為一個 junior 員工，我的 KPI 超越我應有的表現、跟去年比，我為公司帶來多少收入成長，並強調「這是在沒有剔除極端值的情況下」）
接著，同一個大點，我補充了兩個案例：
• I maintained a strong presence among the top 2-3 performers in the team for most months when I was actively contributing. Remarkably, excluding outliers (June and July), my KPI reached ___, marking a remarkable ___% surpassing of the senior associate's target.
（我今年 6、7 月的時候，回了台灣一趟，有一半的時間幾乎都請假，因此兩個月的 KPI 數值比一般低很多，因為主管也知道我回台灣，我在這裡僅解釋了我的表現除去極端值，一直都很好。）
• For TPV, despite the challenges faced by many senior colleagues, eliminating the data from June and July 2023, when I was on extended ___ leave, my progress toward meeting the senior associate's target has been significant. With the adjusted figures, my new TPV stands at 31.82, just slightly below the senior associate's target of 32. This achievement reflects my dedication and ability to approach the targets, even amid personal difficulties, showcasing my commitment to contributing meaningfully to the team.
（TPV 可以理解為為公司帶來的營收，因為我們看的到其他同事的數據，大部分 senior 同事都達不到被設定的目標，我強調的是：我作為一個 junior 同事，不但達到自己的目標，還非常接近 senior 同事的目標。）
2. Collaborate to ___ the First ___ with ___:
Embarking on the first two requests from _（我們的客戶）_ post-reconnection was a significant milestone, albeit not without its challenges. Our journey was marked by numerous obstacles and system bugs that tested our resilience. Despite these hurdles, our team demonstrated exceptional perseverance and dedication. It was a true testament to our adaptability and commitment to delivering outstanding results, even in the face of adversity. I am immensely proud of the way we navigated through these challenges, showcasing our team's resilience and determination in achieving excellence. (See project _no._)
（因為今年公司跟一個重要的客戶重新合作，我正好協助了這個客戶跟我們合作的第一個專案，這是一定要寫下來的！所以我在標題寫了 "first"，然後內文說明了上下文，稱讚整個團隊的努力，最後留下該專案可循的專案代號，主管若想查就能查的到。）
3. Handling a ___ account:
In addition to my regular responsibilities, I have taken on the management of ___ account. This proactive initiative demonstrates my commitment to going above and beyond my role's requirements. I meticulously oversee all client communication, ___, ___, and almost guide projects from initiation to completion.
（因為我們職務性質特殊，比較像是 supporting role 而非主要的 account manager，所以我在這段強調的是我做到的事情是 account manager 會做的事，強調自己 go above and beyond。）
4. Precision in Service Delivery: In addition to refining ___ with quantifiable metrics for ___ projects, I extended this approach to FMCG market research. I also introduced additional prompts designed to encourage ___ to ___.
（去年我提過我會針對醫藥背景的專案做數據最佳化，今年不但繼續執行，還做了更多，所以我特別強調了我如何將這樣的 approach 運用在其他領域。）
• I used more ___ that prompt ___ to ___, avoiding the use of ___. This approach has significantly enhanced the quality of ___.
• Implemented positive language to encourage ___ beyond ___ such as "___" For instance, I utilised phrases like, "______" This method guaranteed that approximately ___% of the responses were valuable and could be delivered.
（這邊我刪掉了很多重要的資訊，但想分享給大家的是「我會強調我注意到工作上會遇到哪些困難，我如何運用我敏感的洞察力與人際交往能力來應對」。
上述提了 4 個大點，剩下兩個的邏輯和前面幾個也是差不多的！
