Google Drive Problem with School Internet

When using our campus' internet network, why do I sometimes encounter issues uploading or downloading files from Google Drive?
It is quite irritating because we constantly need to switch to our data connection.
Is there any solution? Because Google Drive has been the core of the Google environment, since it cannot be used, other things (like Gmail, Gform, Gsheets, etc.) also become a problem.
