This event is hosted by VSA–NCHU and 國立中興大學國際事務處Office of International Affairs, NCHU. NCHU students of all nationalities are welcome to try the traditional Áo Dài, learn to make fresh spring rolls, and brew authentic Vietnamese Phin coffee.

📸 Traditional Áo Dài Try-On Experience (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
Step into elegance! Try on Vietnam’s iconic traditional dress, the graceful Áo Dài, available in both men’s and women’s styles. Whether you're interested in learning about Vietnamese fashion history or simply want to capture stunning photos, our volunteers will guide you through the sizing, fitting, and styling process.
🍽️ Hands-On Vietnamese Cooking & Coffee Workshop (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
• Make Your Own Spring Rolls: Learn the art of crafting authentic Vietnamese spring rolls (Nem Cuốn) from scratch. Roll, taste, and enjoy your own creation.
• Master Vietnamese Phin Coffee: Discover the traditional brewing method of Vietnamese drip coffee and learn about its unique flavors and cultural significance.

本次活動由 越南學生會 VSA–NCHU 與 興大國際處 OIA 共同主辦，歡迎所有來自世界各地的興大學生一起來體驗越南傳統服飾奧黛、學習製作新鮮春捲，以及沖泡道地的越南滴漏咖啡。

你是否也曾經感到好奇，越南文化為何如此獨特又迷人？從優雅的傳統服飾，到清爽不膩、色香味俱全的越南美食，越南文化充滿溫度、風味與濃厚的人情味。誠摯邀請您在中興大學校園內，一起探索越南文化之美與其靈魂！

📸 越南傳統奧黛體驗 (下午 3:00 – 晚上 8:00)
走入優雅的越南世界！親身試穿越南最具代表性的傳統服飾——優美的奧黛。現場提供多種尺寸的男女款奧黛。志工將協助尺寸挑選、試穿與造型搭配，讓你留下最美好的文化回憶。
🍽️ 越南料理與咖啡手作工作坊 (下午 5:00 – 晚上 8:00)
• 親手製作越南春捲： 從零開始學習製作道地的越南春捲，親手包捲、品嚐並享受成果。
• 體驗越南滴漏咖啡： 學習傳統越南滴漏咖啡的沖泡方式，了解其獨特風味與文化意義。
