🙌 感謝您邀請我參加 HiConf 首爾。 了解韓國食品科技領域的內幕消息真是太有趣了！ 在我簡短介紹替代蛋白質之後，我與小組成員就「替代蛋白質的全球未來」進行了富有成效的討論。
分享我主要的學習內容：
🥩 超越蛋白質！ 除了環境效益外，該領域的公司和研究人員還應專注於創造增值食品解決方案，在基本蛋白質攝取量之外提供健康益處，透過納入纖維、維生素、礦物質和生物活性化合物等額外營養元素，潛在地解決特定飲食需求或問題。
🔭超越食物！ 活動的合作夥伴陣容全明星，包括CJ第一製糖、Novel Foods Group L.L.C、東富龍集團、Kolmar BNH等，涵蓋食品配料、生物技術、製藥、設備、ODM等領域。 近年來，我觀察到越來越多的跨部門和跨境合作，以加速向永續和公正的農業食品體系的過渡。

🙌 Thanks for having me HiConf Seoul. It was fascinating to get the inside scoop on #Korea's #foodtech scene! Following my brief presentation about an introduction to #alternativeproteins I had a fruitful discussion with panellists about "The #GlobalFuture of AltProtein".
Sharing my #keylearnings:
🥩 Go beyond #proteins! Besides #environmental benefits, companies and researchers in this sector should focus on creating #valueadding food solutions that offer #healthbenefits beyond basic #proteinintake, potentially addressing specific #dietaryneeds or concerns by incorporating additional #nutritional elements like fibre, vitamins, minerals, and #bioactivecompounds.
🔭 Go beyond #food! The event had an all-star #partner lineup, including CJ CheilJedang, Novel Foods Group L.L.C, Tofflon Group, and Kolmar BNH, covering sectors such as #foodingredients, #biotech, #pharma, #equipment, and #ODM. In recent years, I have observed that more cross-sector and cross-border #collaborations have been formed to accelerate the transition to a sustainable and just #agrifood system.
