MRI of brain before Gadolinium enhancement in T1 FLAIR, T2W, T2 FLAIR imagings and MR angiogram was performed. Findings: 1 Intracranial: ＞ DWI: No evidence of acute infarction detected in DWI. ＞ The ventricles and sulci are normal in size and configuration. ＞ SWI/SWAN: No abnormal dark signal intensity change noted. ＞ MRA: The circle of Willis is well opacified. left AICA (anterior inferior cerebellar artery) loop, type 3. 2.Bone: ＞ No abnormality of the skull base or calvarium is identified. 3.Extracranial: ＞ Mild nasal septum deviation. mild mucosal thickening at paranasal sinuses with mucus. ＞ Prominent adenoid tissue at the nasopharynx. A prominent right retropharyngeal lymph node. Conclusion: A few nonspecific findings as stated above.
