各位前輩好，小弟私立前段cs學，頭上cs碩畢，碩論做AI套模。沒有硬體背景，只有用verliog寫過MIPS。主要寫C/C++
目前有幸拿到幾個offer和面試邀請，想請教這幾份職缺的選擇
目前確定拿到的offer:緯創、AMI
緯創：Server BMC韌體工程師
工作內容：
1. Server management firmware (BMC) development.
2. Platform porting and defect analysis/fix.
3. Design and execute unit test plan.
4. Provide design document and functional spec.
5. Collaboration with hardware and validation team as well as technical discussion with customers.
待遇：(N-4)*16
工時：需要常態加班，假日可能也要加班，可以報加班費
AMI：Full Stack Engineer
工作內容：
1. Restful API Development on BMC/Maintain including development new feature
2. Maintain existing codebase and resolving issues from another team(QA/Customer…etc.)
3. Provide technical support to internal team member and customer
待遇：(N-2)*14
工時：不太需要加班，上手後可以wfh
安富科技：藍牙軟體工程師(算口頭offer？面完感覺很有機會，下星期會有結果)
工作內容：
1. 移植藍牙驅動，並帶起藍牙模組。
2. Linux/Android車用系統藍牙協議/應用的開發。
3. Linux/Android藍牙協議問題解決。
待遇：(N-2~N)*14
工時：沒有強制加班，但主管說大家都很忙，每個人身上都有好幾個案子，可能要自己多努力？
另外也有幾份職缺，下星期準備二面：
和碩：韌體工程師
工作內容：
專責伺服器相關軟體開發，包含OpenBMC, Linux kernel driver整合/開發。會接觸到I2C/SPI/UART/USB/PCIE 等硬體介面。開發語言以C為主，C++, shell script等語言為輔。
威盛電子：Software Technical Support Engineer (AE)
工作內容：
1. Learn new technology for supporting customer cases like standard VIA mobile360, AIoT,embedded,and X86 products, including some ODM cases.
2. Analyze and develop embedded system software .
3. Duplicate and trace customer reported issues.
4. Provide the optimal solution and solve the issues for customers.
5. Customize programs for VIA Android/Linux embedded system.
最後還有一個二線IC的面試邀請
原相科技：軟韌體開發工程師(MIPI 協議驗證/周邊開發/藍牙手環參考方案開發)
但爬文看這間好像只收菁英，小弟高機率只是被找去當炮灰
小弟的目標是未來跳一線IC或是外商
由於目前有的兩個offer這星期必須回覆，想請教以職涯發展而言，下週的面試是否值得我放棄緯創和AMI？
自己考量的點是威盛電子是ic廠，雖然是AE，但未來跳一線IC的機率可能比較高？
安富科則是考慮到藍牙未來能走的職缺可能比BMC多
但BMC能跳外商的機率也不低？
再麻煩各位前輩幫忙分析，以一線ic或外商當目標，哪份職缺會比較有機會，謝謝！
