小弟最近收到達發科技_竹北台元科技園區的內部稽核員正職的面試邀約
104上的職位描述如下
1. Be in charge of audit engagement in annual audit plan and monitor correction measurement for follow up.
2. Participate in audit project, operational internal control audit, and provide opinion for improvement.
3. Facilitate the annual group control self-assessment and reporting on websites designated by FSC.
爬過文發現對於達發科技的評價處於兩極.....但大部分都是針對工程師的單位
想請教諸位前輩關於達發的
1. 普遍工時 (爬文發現眾說紛紜)
2. 部門風氣 (好像普遍嘴主管居多)
3. 薪資待遇 (整年一包大約多少)
