台積電 RD Process Engineer 請益

各位版上的前輩好 新年快樂
小弟近期收到這個面試邀請 但礙於網路上的資料偏少
因此想來請問各位前輩這職位的工作內容為何
另外 小弟有一個疑問是信中有提到 3+ years experience in Silicon process
但我目前只是一個剛退伍的新鮮人 不太確定沒經驗會不會影響到面試

職務名稱: RD Process engineer
工作地點: 竹科Hsinchu Site
職務說明:
1. A highly motivated individuals with a strong technical background and capabilities to develop and sustain process technologies.
2. Team working with litho, thin films, CMP, device, integration, yield, product or external suppliers to drive leading-edge integrated module development, control and improvements.
3. Be responsible for sustaining ownership such as daily operations, equipment troubleshooting and mentoring technicians
職務需求:
1. 3+ years experience in Silicon process.
2. M.S. or above in engineering and scientific field such as Materials, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Physics, Chemistry or Optics.
3. Strong in communication skills and team work, proactive and self-motivated.
4. Strong technical problem solving and analytical skills based on data and fundamentals, ex SPC and/or DOE
5. Flexibility in changing priorities and responsibilities to support business needs.
6. Hands-on participation and a strong sense of ownership.
7. Willingness to make frequent fab presence.
