你是不是平常「很想睡覺但睡不呢」?或是「一下子就睡死了」?今天就帶大家來學學生活中時常用到的「睡眠英文」,從「打呼」、「失眠」到「午睡」、「補眠」,讓你在日常對話中輕鬆運用,不要只會說sleep ! 💤 Basic sleep:  > Sleep (睡覺): "I usually sleep for 8 hours every night." 我通常每天睡八小時。  > Nap (午睡): "I took a short nap after lunch." 我午餐後小睡了一下。  > Dream (夢): "I had a strange dream last night." 我昨晚做了一場怪夢。 Sleep problems: > Insomnia (失眠): "She suffers from insomnia and can't fall asleep easily." 她有失眠, 常常難以入睡。 > Snore (打呼): "He snores loudly when he sleeps." 他睡覺時打呼聲很大。 > Sleepy (想睡覺的): "I feel sleepy after studying."  讀書後我覺得很想睡。 💤 全球奇特的睡眠習慣 💤 Top 1 : Spain > Spain is famous for its siesta, a short nap taken in the afternoon. 西班牙有名的「午睡文化」,通常在下午會小睡片刻。 Top 2 : Japan  > In Japan, inemuri means “sleeping while present” often seen in workplaces or trains. 日本有 叫做inemuri的習慣,人們會在工作時或是搭車時打盹。 Top 3 : USA > In the US, many people talk about power naps to quickly recharge energy. (美國人常說「能量午覺」,用短時間的小睡來補充精力。)

💤 睡眠英文 實用對話 💤 A: I couldn’t sleep last night. I think I have insomnia. (我昨晚睡不著,覺得自己有失眠。) B: That’s tough. Did you try listening to some relaxing music? (好辛苦啊,你有試過聽施緩的音樂嗎?) A: No, but I stayed up late watching TV. Maybe that’s why. (沒有,但我熬夜看電視,可能是這個原因。) B: You should try to sleep earlier. Catching up on sleep is important. (你應該試著早點睡,補眠很重要。) A: True. By the way, do you snore when you sleep? (說的也是啦。對了!你睡覺時會打呼嗎?) B: Sometimes, yes! My family always complains about it. (有時候會!我的家人常常跟我抱怨我的打呼問題。)
