我也不確定我這樣想對不對 但nowhere已經有地方的概念 nowhere比對的是this city這個地方 為什麼還要用一個there？ 這樣等於有三個地方用詞 nowhere, there, this city 感覺這樣會看不懂句子在講什麼 我自己覺得用that好像比較合適？ 還有in好像可以拿掉 因為本來就已經是主詞地方對地方了 Nowhere is that more of a population problem than this city. = No other place is that more of a population problem than this city. =There is no other place where that is more of a population problem than that is in this city. (增加where所以後面也補上in) (因為改變句子變成S+V，所以要用子句的方式連接不然會造成不只一個動詞的錯誤，所以放進where或是in which。) 以下是我後來去理解的 Nowhere is that more of a population problem than this city. (沒有前後文所以也不清楚敘述對象是什麼) 意思上就是 (前文對象) is more of a population problem in this city than it is in anywhere else. (對象)在這個城市比在其他地方更涉及人口問題 be more of sth有點更趨近、更像什麼什麼的感覺 如果是這個城市比其他地方有更嚴重的人口問題 應該要是 Nowhere is the population problem more serious than this city. 有錯請糾正 我也沒有很確定…
