大家好 最近拿到ICSD CSD部門DevOps Engineer的面試 JD: 1. Email System Operations & Optimization:   - Plan, deploy, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise-level email systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange Online / Exchange Server). - Manage and optimize all Inbound/Outbound email nodes to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant email flow. - Configure, manage policies, and respond to threats within Microsoft 365 ATP (Advanced Threat Protection) or other email security gateway systems to safeguard the company from email-borne threats. - Monitor system performance, perform capacity planning, and implement necessary upgrades and updates. 2. Information Protection & Encryption Management:   - Lead the design, implementation, and day-to-day administration of Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MIP) or similar information protection solutions. - Develop and enforce data classification, labeling, and encryption policies to ensure the security of sensitive information during transmission and at rest. - Collaborate with relevant departments to operationalize information protection policies and conduct user training. 3. Technical Support & Communication:   - Provide advanced technical support for email systems and information protection-related issues to global users, resolving complex problems. - Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors. - Possess clear verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 想請問各位年薪500+的大大們這個部門推薦去嗎？會很累嗎？on call頻率高嗎？ 面邀裡面有寫到部門似乎是跟email系統維運相關 因為目前現職是1.5線豬屎外商 主要在做RD SW相關的 但因為薪水沒什麼發展性也怕被裁員 長遠來看可能現職努力刷題有機會跳去G AMD之類的外商 但外商還是競爭蠻激烈的 跳過去之後升等也是需要競爭 算是有蠻多不確定性 目前其實也選不太出來要繼續留在現職 (< 1 year of experience) 還是乾脆去GGIT穩穩做下去 先感謝各位大佬回覆了
