-3 median mashed overripe bananas
-90g oats flour
-40g protein powder
A:
-50g greek yogurt
-1 large egg
B:
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/4 tsp salt
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tbsp avocado oil(or coconut oil)
-1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
C:
-Handful chocolate chips
-Handful cacao nibs
▫️methods
1. preheat the oven to 170 degrees C
2. Mash the bananas in the bottom of a large bowl until smooth.
3. Add ingredients A, then stir
4. Add ingredients B, then stir
5. Add oats flour, protein powder, and mix well
6. Gently stir in C
7. Bake for 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
